Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair

FUEL TANK PRESSURE SENSOR

REMOVAL
1. Remove the fuel tank.
2. Raise the vehicle on an appropriate hoist.







3. Disconnect the electrical connector.

4. NOTE: A new vapor line assembly must be installed for a new pressure sensor to be installed.

Remove the fuel tank pressure sensor and fuel line assembly.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Carry out the leak test. Evaporative Emission System Leak Test
- Carry out the evaporative emission repair verification drive cycle. Evaporative Emission Repair Verification Drive Cycle
