Removal And Installation: Fender: Notes

  1. Remove the front bumper cover. For additional information, refer to FRONT BUMPER .
  2. Remove the wheel and tire assembly. For additional information, refer to WHEEL AND TIRE -- FRONT or WHEEL AND TIRE -- REAR .
  3. Remove the parts in the order indicated in the following illustration and table.

    To remove individual parts only carry, out the listed steps: 

    FENDER COMPONENT REMOVAL STEPS

    Part Steps
    Splash shield 1-4
    Fender 1-17
    Rocker panel 5-6
    Bumper cover bracket 8, 9

  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
