System Airflow Description - Dual Automatic Temperature Control: Off

When OFF is selected:
- The air inlet door vacuum control motor is at full vacuum, closing off outside air to the passenger compartment.
- The defrost door vacuum control motor is at full vacuum and the floor door and panel door vacuum control motors are at no vacuum.
- The blower motor is OFF.
