Shock Absorber and Spring Assembly - Front: Notes

NOTE: Use the hex holding feature to prevent the stud from turning while removing or installing the stabilizer bar link nut.

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position on a hoist.
2. Remove the right upper shock mount cover, if equipped.
3. Remove the retainers and the left upper shock mount cover, if equipped.
4. Remove the parts in the order indicated in the following illustration and table.
5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
