Throttle Body: Installation

    NOTE: Install a new TB gasket.
  1. Install the TB and the 4 bolts. Tighten the bolts in 2 stages.
    • Stage 1: Tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).
    • Stage 2: Rotate an additional 90 degrees.
  2. Connect the TAC and the TP sensor electrical connectors.
  3. Install the air cleaner outlet tube. For additional information, refer to INTAKE AIR DISTRIBUTION & FILTERING .
  4. Connect the negative battery cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
