PINPOINT TEST A: POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM) POWER RELAY

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:

^ harness circuits: B+, IGN START/RUN, VPWR, GND and PWRGND

^ PCM power relay PCM
