Transmission Insulator And Retainer: Installation

  1. Install the transmission insulator and retainer.
    • Position the transmission insulator and retainer.
    • Lower the transmission onto the transmission insulator and retainer.

    NOTE: It may be necessary to raise the back of the transmission slightly in order to install the bolts.
  2. Loosely install the transmission insulator and retainer bolts.

  3. Loosely install the transmission insulator and retainer nuts.

  4. Tighten the transmission insulator and retainer bolts and nuts to 94 Nm (69 lb-ft).
