Normal Operation

The anti-lock brake system (ABS) module sends out a reference voltage to the brake fluid level switch along circuit RCM19 (YE/GY). This voltage is returned to the ABS module along circuit CMC19 (GY/VT) when the brake fluid is at the correct level or sent to ground along circuit GD121 (BK/YE) when the fluid goes below a certain level.
Possible Causes
- Circuit open
- Circuit shorted
- Brake fluid level switch (integral to the brake fluid reservoir)
- ABS module
