POWER LIFTGATE MODULE







Removal and Installation
1. Remove the LH sliding door scuff plate and position aside the weatherstrip.
2. Remove the liftgate scuff panel.
3. Remove the screws and the luggage hold-down retainers.

4. NOTE: The 3rd row seat must be folded flat to allow the LH quarter trim panel to be positioned aside.

Carefully position aside the LH quarter trim panel.

5. Disconnect the power liftgate module electrical connectors.
6. Remove the power liftgate module nut and power liftgate module.
- Tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).

7. To install, reverse the removal procedures.
- Initialize the power liftgate system.
