Driver Seat Module (DSM)









Removal and Installation

NOTICE: Electronic modules are sensitive to static electrical charges. If exposed to these charges, damage may result.

NOTE: Prior to the removal of the module, it is necessary to upload the module configuration information to a scan tool. This information must be downloaded into the new Driver Seat Module (DSM) after installation.

1. Remove the driver seat.

2. Remove the 2 screws.
- To install, tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb-in).

3. Disconnect the 4 electrical connectors and remove the DSM.

4. NOTE: Once the module is installed it is necessary to download the module configuration information from the scan tool into the new DSM.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
