Removal and Installation

All vehicles

1. NOTE: Module configuration is only required if a new Parking Aid Module (PAM) is being installed.

Upload the PAM configuration information to the scan tool.

Sedan

2. Remove the package tray trim panel.

Wagon

3. Remove the RH C-pillar trim panel.

All vehicles

4. If replacing the parking aid speaker only, proceed as follows:
- Disconnect the parking aid speaker electrical connector.

- Disengage the parking aid speaker clips.

- Remove the parking aid speaker.

5. If replacing the PAM, proceed as follows:
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.

- Remove the PAM push pins.

- Remove the PAM.

6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Download the configuration information to the PAM.
