Pinpoint Test QA: Unable to Activate Self-Test/Network Communication Error: Introduction
This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- unable to communicate with powertrain control module (PCM)
- unable to activate the PCM self-test
- incorrect self-test procedure
- harness circuits: ISP-R, PCMRC, PWRGND and VPWR
