Ignition Lock Cylinder - Functional









Removal and Installation

1. Insert the ignition key into the ignition lock cylinder and turn it to the ACC position.

2. Using a suitable tool, press the release pin and remove the ignition lock cylinder.





3. If a new lock cylinder with keys is replaced, the new Passive Anti-Theft System (PATS) keys must be programmed. For additional information, refer to Integrated Keyhead Transmitter (IKT) Key Programming Using Diagnostic Equipment in Antitheft and Alarm Systems. Using Diagnostic Equipment

4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
