All vehicles

Remove the 3 screws and the steering column opening trim panel.
Using a non-marring tool, pry upward and separate the upper steering column shroud from the lower steering column shroud.
Late build vehicles
Position the upper steering column shroud upward.

Press the retaining tabs at the locations shown in illustration and separate the upper steering column shroud from the instrument cluster finish panel.

All vehicles
Remove the 3 screws and the lower steering column shroud.
