Pinpoint Test AE: Unable to Activate Self-Test/Network Communication Error: Introduction

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:

• unable to communicate with the PCM
• unable to activate the PCM self-test
• harness circuits: VPWR, VREF and PWRGND
