Main Control Valve Body: Assembly

NOTE: The top side of the separator plate has a bonded gasket.

NOTE: The separator gasket goes on the bottom side.

NOTE: Inspect the main control valve body.

Install new control valve body plate assembly and separator gaskets.
Assemble the main control valve body and loosely install the bolts.
NOTE: Do not fully tighten the bolts at this stage.

Install the seals.

Install a new solenoid body gasket.

Install the solenoid body and loosely install the bolts.

Tighten the solenoid body bolts in the sequence shown in illustration.
- Tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb-in).
