The Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM) does not respond to the scan tool	Fuse Wiring, terminals or connectors FCIM	REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK .
The Global Positioning System Module (GPSM) does not respond to the scan tool	Fuse Wiring, terminals or connectors GPSM	REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK .
The CD player is inoperative/does not operate correctly	CD ACM	INSPECT the CD for scratches, fingerprints, a loose paper label, incorrect format, or damage. INSERT a known good CD and TEST the system for normal operation. If the system operates correctly, the concern was caused by a damaged CD. If the system does not operate correctly, INSTALL a new ACM . REFER to AUDIO CONTROL MODULE (ACM) . TEST the system for normal operation.
The jukebox feature does not operate correctly - vehicles with navigation only	Customer error ACM	NOTE: The ACM cannot rip (record) MP3 files from a disc. Refer to the Owner's Literature for acceptable disc formats. CARRY OUT various functions using the jukebox feature. REFER to the Owner's Literature. If the system operates correctly, the concern may have been caused by customer error. INSTRUCT the customer on the correct operation of the jukebox system. If the system does not operate correctly, INSTALL a new ACM . REFER to AUDIO CONTROL MODULE (ACM) . TEST the system for normal operation.
The audio system does not operate correctly from the Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM)	Communication network concern FCIM ACM	GO to PINPOINT TEST R .
