Ignition Lock Cylinder - Functional









Removal and Installation

1. Insert the ignition key into the ignition lock cylinder and turn it to the ACC position.

2. Using a suitable tool, press the release pin and remove the ignition lock cylinder.





3. If a new lock cylinder with keys is replaced, the new Passive Anti-Theft System (PATS) keys must be programmed. For additional information, refer to Integrated Keyhead Transmitter (IKT) Key Programming Using Diagnostic Equipment in Anti-Theft - Passive Anti-Theft System (PATS) Key Programming.

4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
