DTC U2011: Motor: Description

The PSCM will carry out a self-test of the motor inside the EPAS gear during vehicle start up and monitor the motor during normal driving conditions with voltage at the PSCM between 10 and 17 volts.

• DTC U2011:49 (Motor: Internal Electronic Failure) - If motor voltage output falls below or exceeds a predetermined threshold, DTC U2011:49 will be set.
• DTC U2011:61 (Motor: Signal Calculation Failure) - If the integrity of the motor torque estimate or motor velocity signal exceeds or does not meet a calculated value, then DTC U2011:61 will be set.
