Removal and Installation

1. Lower the glove compartment.

2. Disconnect the blower motor resistor electrical connector.

3. NOTE: To detach the blower motor resistor from the housing, slide the resistor to the right and lift upward.

Detach and remove the blower motor resistor.

4. NOTE: The blower motor resistor is not equipped from the factory with a mounting screw. A backup screw boss is provided where a screw can be installed if the blower motor resistor does not clip securely to the heater core and evaporator core housing.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
