Normal Operation

When the speed control actuator carries out the self-test, a voltage signal is sent through circuit CCB08 (VT/WH). Circuit CCB08 (VT/WH) carries the signal to the high mounted stoplamp, which then is routed to ground. If the signal fails to be grounded, flash code 2 is set by the speed control actuator.
This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- High mounted stoplamp
- Stoplamp switch
- Speed control actuator
