Powertrain Control Module (PCM): Removal

- Retrieve the module configuration. Carry out the module configuration retrieval steps of the Programmable Module Installation (PMI) procedure. For additional information, refer to MODULE CONFIGURATION SYSTEM article.
- Remove the cowl panel grille. For additional information, refer to BODY PANEL SYSTEM - FRONT END BODY PANELS article.
- Disconnect the 3 PCM electrical connectors.
- Remove the 2 nuts and the PCM.
NOTE:
PCM installation DOES NOT require new keys or programming of keys.
