Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. NOTE: If installing a new module, it is necessary to upload the module configuration information to the scan tool prior to removing the module. This information must be downloaded into the new module after installation.
Upload the FCDIM (Front Control/Display Interface Module) configuration information to the scan tool by following the scan tool on screen instructions.

2. Remove the ACM (Audio Control Module). REFER to Audio Control Module (ACM) .

4. NOTE: This step is only necessary when installing a new component.

- 2 Nm (18 lb-in)





Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

2. If installing a new FCDIM (Front Control/Display Interface Module), download the FCDIM (Front Control/Display Interface Module) configuration information from the scan tool to the new FCDIM (Front Control/Display Interface Module) following the scan tool on screen instructions.
