Heater Core And Evaporator Core Housing

Removal

1. Remove the FCIM (Front Controls Interface Module). REFER to Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM) .

2. Remove the instrument panel. REFER to Instrument Panel .

3. Detach the 2 wire harness retainers and disconnect the 3 electrical connectors.






4. Disconnect the 3 electrical connectors.





5. Remove the 4 screws and remove the plenum.
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).





6. Remove the 4 bolts and remove the heater core and evaporator core housing.
- To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).





Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
