    • PSCM_B connector disconnected. (C1463B)
    • PSCM_C connector disconnected.
    • Test drive the vehicle and verify the pull, drift and/or wander.
    • Does the vehicle pull, drift or wander?
      Yes No
GO to  S2. GO to  S3.
  2. S2: CHECK THE STEERING AND SUSPENSION FOR BENT OR DAMAGED COMPONENTS

    • Has a concern been identified?
      Yes No
REPAIR or INSTALL new component(s) as necessary.
CARRY OUT the steering angle sensor calibration procedure.
REFER to PROGRAMMABLE PARAMETERS/STEERING WHEEL POSITION SENSOR CALIBRATION on the scan tool and follow the calibration procedure.
DRIVE the vehicle to VERIFY the repair.
Refer to Suspension System - General Information to diagnose suspension system drift/pull/wander.
  3. S3: CALIBRATE THE STEERING ANGLE SENSOR
    • Ignition OFF.
    • PSCM_A connector connected. (C1463A)
    • PSCM_B connector connected. (C1463B)

    • Turn the steering wheel approximately thirty degrees in each direction, then return to the central position. Make sure that the steering wheel is set to the straight ahead position.
    • With the vehicle stationary run the steering angle sensor calibration procedure.
      • REFER to PROGRAMMABLE PARAMETERS/STEERING WHEEL POSITION SENSOR CALIBRATION on the scan tool and follow the calibration procedure.
    • Test drive the vehicle.
    • Is the pull, drift, wander or steering wheel off center concern still present?
      Yes No
CHECK and ADJUST the front and rear toe as necessary.
CARRY OUT the steering angle sensor calibration procedure.
REFER to PROGRAMMABLE PARAMETERS/STEERING WHEEL POSITION SENSOR CALIBRATION on the scan tool and follow the calibration procedure.
The customers concern has been corrected.
