Pinpoint Test BB: DTC B111C

Normal Operation

The Passenger Climate Controlled Seat Module - 2 (PCSM-2) monitors the RH rear seat Thermo-Electric Device (TED) circuits. If an open on any of these circuits is detected, the DTC will be set.

DTC B111C (Passenger Thermo-Electric Driver Open Load) - If PCSM-2 outputs to the RH rear seat backrest or cushion TED (circuit pins A, B, C or D at the PCSM-2 connector) or any components within these circuit loops are open, disconnected or a TED resistance greater than 90, 000 ohms is sensed, the PCSM-2 continues normal operation and sets this DTC.
