The courtesy lamps flash on and off The BCM is not configured correctly CHECK the vehicle service history for recent service actions related to this module. This symptom is present due to incomplete or improper PMI procedures. If there have been recent service actions with the BCM, REPEAT/PERFORM the PMI procedure as directed by the scan tool. Refer to Module Configuration .
The courtesy lamps do not illuminate with a door open Refer to the Diagnostic Routine GO to Pinpoint Test A .
The courtesy lamps do not illuminate from the instrument panel dimmer switch Refer to the Diagnostic Routine GO to Pinpoint Test B .
One or more interior courtesy lamp is inoperative Refer to the Diagnostic Routine GO to Pinpoint Test C .
One or more puddle or scuff plate lamps are inoperative Refer to the Diagnostic Routine GO to Pinpoint Test D .
All the courtesy lamps stay on continuously Refer to the Diagnostic Routine GO to Pinpoint Test E .
The puddle and scuff plate lamps stay on continuously Refer to the Diagnostic Routine GO to Pinpoint Test F .
The interior courtesy lamps stay on continuously Refer to the Diagnostic Routine GO to Pinpoint Test G .
All the demand lamps are inoperative Refer to the Diagnostic Routine GO to Pinpoint Test H .
An individual demand lamp is inoperative Refer to the Diagnostic Routine GO to Pinpoint Test I .
