NOTE: Some PCM DTCs may inhibit air conditioning (A/C) operation. If any PCM DTCs are retrieved, diagnose those first. Refer to the Introduction - Gasoline Engines .

B1253 A/C In-Vehicle Temperature Sensor Circuit Short to Ground Go to Pinpoint Test A .
B1255 A/C Ambient Temperature Sensor Open Circuit Go to Pinpoint Test B .
B1257 A/C Ambient Temperature Sensor Circuit Short to Ground Go to Pinpoint Test B .
B2427 RH A/C Solar Radiation Sensor Circuit Short to Ground Go to Pinpoint Test C .
B2426 RH A/C Solar Radiation Sensor Open Circuit Go to Pinpoint Test C .
B2795 LH A/C Solar Radiation Sensor Circuit Short to Ground Go to Pinpoint Test C .

B1317 Battery Voltage High CLEAR the DTCs. REPEAT the self-test.
If the DTC returns and the DTC is not present in other modules, MEASURE the voltage between ground and: EATC C228a-12, circuit CBP37 (WH) and EATC C228a-13, circuit SBP15 (WH/RD).
If the DTC returns and the DTC is present in other modules, REFER to CHARGING SYSTEM - GENERAL INFORMATION .
B1318 Battery Voltage Low Go to Pinpoint Test G .
B2268 Steering Wheel Control Switch Open Circuit Go to Pinpoint Test P .
B2269 Steering Wheel Control Switch Circuit Short to Ground Go to Pinpoint Test P .
B1342 EATC Module Faulted CLEAR the DTCs. REPEAT the self-test. If the DTC returns, INSTALL a new EATC module. REFER to CLIMATE CONTROL .
U0073 Control Module Communication Buss Off CLEAR the DTCs. REPEAT the self-test. If the DTC returns, REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK to diagnose the network concern.
U2050 No Application Present REFLASH the EATC module. REFER to MODULE CONFIGURATION . If the DTC returns, INSTALL a new EATC module. REFER to CLIMATE CONTROL .
U2051 One or More Calibration Files Missing/Corrupt REFLASH the EATC module. REFER to MODULE CONFIGURATION . If the DTC returns, INSTALL a new EATC module. REFER to CLIMATE CONTROL .
U0155 Lost Communication with Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Control Module CLEAR The DTCs. REPEAT the self-test. If the DTC returns, REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK to diagnose the lost communication with the IPC.
U0246 Lost Communication with Heated Seat Module CLEAR The DTCs. REPEAT the self-test. If the DTC returns, REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK to diagnose the lost communication with the heated seat module.
U0140 Lost Communication with SPDJB CLEAR The DTCs. REPEAT the self-test. If the DTC returns, REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK to diagnose the lost communication with the smart junction box (SJB).
