Removal and Installation

NOTE: The floor console upper trim panel does not need to be removed.
    NOTE: For vehicles equipped with an automatic transmission, the selector lever bezel must be removed by prying upward on the bezel with a non-marring tool.

  1. Pry the floor console upper trim panel upward, then backward to disengage the clips.
  2. Remove the 2 screws from the bottom of the center Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) finish panel.
  3. Pry center of the instrument finish panel out.

  4. Disconnect the Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM) electrical connector.
  5. Remove the 15 screws (with navigation) or 11 screws (without navigation) and the FCIM.
  6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
