Intermediate Shaft Speed Sensor: Installation

    NOTE: Inspect the intermediate shaft speed sensor O-ring for damage. If damaged, install a new O-ring.
  1. Inspect and lubricate the O-ring with petroleum jelly.

    Install the intermediate shaft speed sensor into the transmission.

  2. Install the intermediate shaft speed sensor screw.
    • Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
  3. Connect the intermediate shaft speed sensor electrical connector.
  4. Lower the vehicle.
