Seat Backrest Third Row, Manual: Disassembly

NOTE: For component identification and locations, refer to Seat - Exploded View, Third Row .

1.

Remove the affected third row backrest. For additional information, refer to Seat Backrest - Third Row, Manual in this service information.

2.

Remove the backrest cover. For additional information, refer to Seat Backrest Cover - Third Row, Manual .

3.

Remove the backrest foam pad.

4.

Remove the bushing.

5.

Remove the 2 head restraint bolts.
- To install, tighten to 4 Nm (35 lb-in).

6.

Remove the 2 head restraint-to-backrest frame nuts and the head restraint.
- To install, tighten to 24 Nm (18 lb-ft).

7.

To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
