DTC B1304: Electronic Power Assisted Steering System: Description

The PSCM will monitor the voltage supplied by the 12-volt battery and charging system and set the appropriate DTC when necessary.

DTC B1304:68 (Electronic Power Assisted Steering System: Event Information) - This DTC sets if the battery voltage falls below 11.7 volts for more than 1 second with the ignition ON and the engine speed above 500 rpm.
