DTC U3003:17 (Battery Voltage: Circuit Voltage Above threshold) - sets in the Body Control Module (BCM) when the BCM detects that battery voltage has gone above 15.9 volts on the voltage supply circuit.

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:

Charging system concern
BCM
