Telematics Module Red Diagnostic Led Chart

NOTE: A slow-flashing LED flashes once every 2 seconds; a fast-flashing LED flashes twice every second.

Diagnostic LED State Description Action
Off No Global Positioning System (GPS) and no Internet connection detected
NOTE: When the telematics module is powered off, both LEDs are also off. This is normal operation. This action to take only applies if the green LED is on (or flashing) but the red LED is off.
GO to PINPOINT TEST AT .
On No GPS  , but Internet connection is normal GO to PINPOINT TEST AT .
Fast-flashing GPS  operating correctly, but no Internet connection is detected GO to PINPOINT TEST AT .
Slow-flashing GPS  operating correctly and Internet connection is normal No action required. This is the normal condition for the telematics module during normal operation.
