BCM Body Control Module (BCM) Network Input Messages
| Broadcast Message | Originating Module | Message Purpose |

| PATS start request target data | SOBDMC | The SOBDMC sends the BCM a challenge request for a valid ID. |
| Passive key authorization | RFA module | Provides the BCM with the passive key data. The data contains information such as if a passive key has been detected, how many were detected, battery status and if it is a programmed key. |
