DTC C200B: Steering Shaft Torque Sensor 1: Description

The PSCM continually monitors the steering shaft torque sensor when the ignition is ON and the voltage supply to the PSCM is above 6 volts.

• DTC C2B00:49 (Steering Shaft Torque Sensor 1: Internal Electronic Failure) - If the PSCM does not receive information from the steering shaft torque sensor within a predetermined time frame, DTC C2B00:49 is set.
• DTC C200B:62 (Steering Shaft Torque Sensor 1: Signal Compare Failure) - If the steering shaft torque sensor signal does not match other sensor input, DTC C200B:62 is set.
