Refer to Handles, Locks, Latches and Entry Systems - Without Intelligent Access (IA) .

Possible Causes 

• Remote start feature not enabled
• Hood ajar switch input concern
• Door ajar switch input concern
• TR input concern
• IKT

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

• Inspect the IKT for damage.
