Remote Function Actuator (RFA) Module

The Remote Function Actuator (RFA) module provides the power and ground to directly control the power door lock operation. It is responsible for locking and unlocking the doors. The Remote Function Actuator (RFA) module receives inputs from the keyless entry keypad, the keyless entry antenna, the BCM and RKE commands from the Radio Transceiver Module (RTM).

The Remote Function Actuator (RFA) module requires PMI, the parameter reset procedure performed and at least 2 keys programmed to it when replaced.
