Ignition Coil-On-Plug: Installation

Inspect the ignition coil-on-plug assembly for cracks, rips, or tears. Replace any damaged coil-on-plug assemblies.

  Install the ignition coil-on-plugs.
- 2.
  
  Install the ignition coil-on-plug mounting bolts.
  Torque: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)

NOTE: If equipped with a sliding cover over the locking tab, then slide the cover back to gain access to the tab.
- 1.
  
  Connect the ignition coil-on-plug the electrical connectors and press the locking tab.
- 2.
  
  Connect the wiring harness retainers.

4.

Install the engine appearance cover, then install and tighten the engine appearance cover retaining nuts and bolts.
Torque

: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)
