DTC C200B: Steering Shaft Torque Sensor 1: Description
The PSCM uses 2 internal steering shaft torque sensors to determine how much force is being used to turn the steering wheel and which direction the steering wheel is turning. The PSCM continually monitors these sensors when the ignition is ON and the voltage supply to the PSCM is above 6.5 volts.
- DTC C200B:61 (Steering Shaft Torque Sensor 1: Signal Calculation Failure) - If the sum of the 2 steering shaft torque sensor signals does not equal 5 volts, DTC C200B:61 is set.
