BCM DTC Fault Trigger Conditions

DTC	Description	Fault Trigger Conditions
B1C37:11	Master Lock Switch: Circuit Short To Ground	A continuous DTC that sets when the BCM detects a short to ground from the lock request input circuit.
B1C37:23	Master Lock Switch: Signal Stuck Low	An on-demand DTC that sets when the BCM detects a short to ground from the lock request input circuit.
B1C38:11	Master Unlock Switch: Circuit Short To Ground	A continuous DTC that sets when the BCM detects a short to ground from the unlock request input circuit.
B1C38:23	Master Unlock Switch: Signal Stuck Low	An on-demand DTC that sets when the BCM detects a short to ground from the unlock request input circuit.

Possible Causes

Wiring, terminals or connectors
Door lock control switch
BCM

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks

Inspect the door lock control switches for damage.
