Climate Control Assembly: Removal

1.

Release the clips and position the selector lever bezel aside.
- Disconnect the electrical connector. Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover

Remove the retainers, release the clips and remove the floor console upper trim panel. Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover

Release the clips and remove the instrument panel center upper trim panel. Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover

4.

Remove the retainers, release the clips and remove the FCIM.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.

5.

Remove the retainers and the climate control assembly.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.

6.

NOTE: This step is only necessary when installing a new component.

Release the retaining clips and remove the HVAC control module.
