Normal Operation and Fault Conditions
The RHVAC control module requires voltage between 9 and 15 volts to operate normally. If the voltage is above 16 volts a DTC sets.
RHVAC Control Module DTC Fault Trigger Conditions

| U3003:17 | Battery Voltage: Circuit Voltage Above Threshold | Sets in the RHVAC control module if it detects battery voltage above 16 volts on the voltage supply circuit for 2.5 seconds or longer. |
