SOD-L Network Input Messages

| Cross traffic alert enable/disable command | IPC | Used to enable or disable the CTA system, based on driver selections through the IPC message center. |
| Day/Night status | BCM | Used to determine day/night operation for correct system operation. |
| Ignition switch position | BCM | Used to enable and disable the SOD-L, based on the current ignition switch position. |
| Parklamp status | BCM | Used to determine day/night operation for correct system operation. |
| Selector lever (PRNDL) status | PCM | Used to enable and disable the BLIS ® and CTA based on the transmission selector lever position. |
| Wiper motor status | SCCM | Used to determine rain conditions for correct system operation. |
| Vehicle speed | PCM | Used to enable the BLIS ® after a ignition cycle, when the vehicle speed exceeds a preset threshold. |
