Component Description: BCM

The BCM is the master module in control of the power door lock system. It is responsible for locking/unlocking the doors. The BCM receives inputs for the door lock control switches, passive keys and RKE commands over the CAN.

The BCM requires PMI when replaced. Additionally, at least 2 keys must be programmed and the parameter reset procedure carried out.
