RFA Module DTC Fault Trigger Conditions

Possible Causes
- Fuse
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- Passive key
- Passive key battery
- Passive key button pressed a substantial amount of times while outside the range of the vehicle
- Passive key programming
- Network concern
- Radio Frequency (RF) receiver
- RFA module
Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks
- Inspect the CJB fuse 7 (7.5A) and make sure it is OK.
- Inspect the passive key for damage.
- Check for aftermarket passive keys.
