Pinpoint Test M : DTC P0603: Notes

Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

Battery voltage is supplied to the PCM and the TCM to maintain keep alive memory when the ignition is turned off. Anytime the battery is disconnected, P0603 sets in the PCM and the TCM indicating that the battery has been disconnected. The DTC P0603 sets if the circuits supplying battery voltage to the PCM or TCM are opened or shorted to ground.

DTC Description Fault Trigger Conditions
P0603 Internal Control Module Keep Alive Memory Error If keep alive power is interrupted to the PCM or TCM.
