System Operation: SelectShift™

With SelectShift™:

the driver must manually shift the transmission to gears 1 through 6 (6F35) or 1 through 8 (8F35).
the current gear illuminates on the instrument cluster (IC).
the transmission provides additional grade (engine) braking.

It is recommended to return to D mode on flat terrain to provide the best fuel economy and transmission function.
