DTC U0405: Invalid Data Received From Cruise Control Module

| 41 | This DTC sets if the collision mitigation by braking deceleration message checksum is invalid. Using a diagnostic scan tool, RETRIEVE and DIAGNOSE all CCM module DTCs. REFER to Diagnosis and Testing in the appropriate Cruise Control article. If no CCM DTCs are present, the DTC may be caused by an intermittent concern. SET the ignition to OFF. DISCONNECT and INSPECT all PCM and GWM electrical connectors for corrosion, bent pins, pushed-out pins and spread terminals. REPAIR as necessary. |
