Pinpoint Test T : Module Configuration Fault
- Normal Operation and Fault Conditions
Using a diagnostic scan tool, carry out the PMI procedure for the suspect module [ HVAC control module] as directed by the diagnostic scan tool. CLEAR the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) and REPEAT the self-test. If the DTC is retrieved again, INSTALL a new suspect module. REFER to the appropriate Removal and Installation procedure in this service information.
DTC Fault Trigger Conditions
DTC Description Fault Trigger Condition HVAC U2024:51 Control Module Cal-Config Data: Not Programmed This DTC sets due to incomplete or improper PMI procedures. HVAC U2100:00 Initial Configuration Not Complete: No Sub Type Information This DTC sets due to incomplete or improper PMI procedures. HVAC U2101:00 Control Module Configuration Incompatible: No Sub Type Information This DTC sets due to incomplete or improper PMI procedures. HVAC U2200:00 Control Module Configuration Memory Corrupt: No Sub Type Information This DTC sets due to incomplete or improper PMI procedures, or it may have an internal memory fault.
